I always say “we have to heal, we can’t just “deal”. If we don’t heal our wounds, we will always be provoked and approach our relationships from a place of reaction rather than response. We hear it all the time, we must heal, but how exactly do we go about healing? We have to feel! But what does that mean really? In this episode I provide my insights and experience on this topic.

I recently had the opportunity to observe a new perspective on a past relationship, and what exactly went “wrong”. But really, it’s all perfectly unfolding always, just as it is meant to be. And the images we hold onto, are only illusions ✨ release the the hold on the vision you have in your head on “how it could have been” or “who they are” and allow yourself to accept what is. In doing so, you end your own suffering and welcome your own joy. 💖
