I talk about resistance that can come up around business revenue goals, and unpack how ongoing stress related to career or business might not be required. Maybe all that stress is just a habit that you don't need to keep doing! And what could life be like if stress wasn't part of the equation? Maybe you're at a point in your career where stress, proving yourself, and people pleasing are things you no longer need to experience or do--Have you considered that? I think we all should.

This episode talks about the deeper reason why it’s helpful to learn how to manifest. That reason is: to build a stronger relationship with yourself. This episode is just going to be a big hug. We are going to talk about why we might not dare to desire anything, and how uncomfortable it can be to ask for what we want, and how defeating it feels to be rejected, and how cringey it can feel to receive. Because manifestation is all about desire, so once you desire something, you activate that whole chain reaction, and when you do, you sabotage your ability to manifest it. I think so much of this goes back to your relationship with yourself, my relationship with myself. So this episode talks about the self-worth and other gaps that get exposed when we take actions toward manifesting something, and even when we simply let ourselves WANT something.
