Returning to Center is a 16-minute guided journey for the moments when emotions feel like too much.It’s a safe, compassionate space to pause, breathe, and guide your body back to steady ground.
Through five gentle phases, you’ll be guided to:– Anchor your body in safety through grounding and breath– Regulate your nervous system with slow, science-backed breath pacing– Name and befriend your emotions without being consumed by them– Shift emotional charge through gentle movement and imagery– Anchor in steadiness with affirmations you can carry into your day
