Trey Jones is the real deal. A pro BMX rider, Swampfest event creator and organiser, BMX collector and everything else in between, Trey is not scared to get his hands dirty in the name of building BMX in what he feels is the right way. 

This is exactly the chat I hoped we'd have. I hadn't spent much time talking to Trey before this, but I knew we'd get along and even though I respected him before, my respect reached new levels after this one. Trey is switched on and you can tell, he loves and cares for BMX.

Kieran is the owner of one of Australia's most prestigious Muay Thai gyms, Muay U, and their head coach. Through going to Kieran's gym, I have learnt a lot about the positive aspects of a very similar sport/culture/lifestyle to BMX.

An absolute belter of an episode with Dr.Dave Camilleri, a researcher out of the University of Melbourne. A lifelong BMXer, Dr.Camilleri has spent the last few years studying the positive effects of BMX and its relationship to higher levels of creativity and mental health outcomes, releasing the "BMX For Life" Project with University of Melbourne: https://education.unimelb.edu.au/bmx-for-life
