This week I'm joined by the powerhouse behind Pretty Heavy Lifters Alex Ross. Who runs a female only gym and inspiring PT who went from theatre kid to full blown female boss energy. ✨💪🏼
We're talking about what it's really like graduating from drama school, creating and running your own business and how being a theatre kid prepares you for entrepreneurship.
It's honesty, funny chaotic unfiltered and here to empower other women to be their true authentic self! ❤️
This week’s episode is a full-body stretch emotionally, financially, and at the gym. I’m back lifting weights with absolutely zero muscle to my name, earning myself the title of Sexy Mess of the Week. With Valentine’s Day lurking, I unpack the weird pressure people put on love, romance, and having your life neatly wrapped in pink ribbon, while also sharing what it’s like dating someone new without losing your sense of self 💘
We’re talking broke bitch tips too. As in, stop spending money on shit you don’t need and calling it self-care. I get into what being a real bad bitch actually means: showing up as your authentic self, not dragging old trauma, memories, or bad moments into new friendships, relationships, or your work-life balance. Growth looks a lot like learning to drop the emotional baggage at the door.
Basically, I’m choosing joy, honesty, and golden-retriever-level enthusiasm, which is why I compare myself to a springador: loyal, energetic, occasionally chaotic, and always doing my best 🐕✨
Dating apps are still unhinged, content creation still brings me joy, and yes, men are still saying shocking things out loud. This week I talk broke girl outlet tips, Emily in Paris, the north south divide, classic Mansfield sayings, and how stress shows up in your body before your brain catches on. Laughs, rants and a reminder to look after yourself. ❤️
New year… but absolutely not a “new you” episode.
In this one, I’m talking about ditching the pressure to reinvent yourself and focusing instead on becoming the best version of who you already are. We chat about how my Christmas period actually went, expectations vs reality, and why January doesn’t need a personality reset button.
Somewhere in the middle of recording, I let out what can only be described as an iconic, historic burp. It was too funny to cut, so yes… it stayed in. You’re welcome.
I also dive into the chaos that is dating apps, the profiles, the patterns, the unhinged moments, and introduce a brand new segment: Stand Up, where I start sharing comedy-style stories and observations straight from real life.
Messy, honest, a little bit feral, and very much about growth without the glow-up guilt. Press play if you’re entering the year as yourself… just slightly louder.
This week’s episode is a cosy Christmas Eve catch-up. I chat about last-minute Christmas shopping, why supporting small businesses matters more than ever, and what life is really like as a content creator at this time of year. I also take a moment to look ahead to 2026 with a bit of hope, positivity, and belief that good things are coming. A gentle, honest episode full of festive chaos, real talk and forward-thinking energy. 🌟
In this episode, I unpack a very busy week: the yearly Christmas party, the Nottingham Panthers smashing a 7–1 win, and the TikTok where my inner theatre kid fully escaped as I attempted to be Elphaba (but instead looked aggressively like Shrek). 💚
I also get into my recent Game of Thrones binge and share an honest rant about the UK system, the impact on the NHS, and how working-class people keep getting screwed over. A mix of humour, chaos and home truths — as always. 💅
In this episode, I dive into why knowing what you want — and actually chasing it — matters more than ever. I explore the bold new series Riot Women, recount my camera-swallowing medical adventure, and take a deep look at the magic and mayhem behind the upcoming Wicked: For Good movie. 💚 🩷
This week I’m joined by my partner-in-chaos Holly aka the Sexy Nurse of Death — as we relive our wild night at Halloween bingo where I rocked up as Miss Incredible and ended the night in true dramatic fashion (don’t worry, the nurse was on hand to save me 💀).
We’re spilling on our first impressions, drama school days, a chaotic trip to Italy, and my terrifying fear of cats... which is unfortunate, considering Holly lives in a mini feline zoo 🐈⬛
It’s pure nonsense, friendship therapy, and a reminder that life’s too short not to laugh at yourself.
This week’s episode is a mix of chaos, honesty and northern humour — just how we like it. I’m giving you a full health update (yes, it’s as glamorous as it sounds) and chatting about taking time off work to finally put my wellbeing first. We get into Halloween season — the one time of year we can all be dramatic without judgment — and my Sexy Mess of the Week is my 14-year-old lab-cross-springer, my old man, my soul dog. 🐾
Plus, I’m sharing Broke Bitch Tips on how to save money by doing your own nails and brows at home — because self-care doesn’t have to break the bank.
In Trend or Trash, we’re talking about Brassic — the best northern working-class comedy out there (and proof we need more of it).
And in Fall Apart Process & Be a Bad Bitch, I open up about silent depression, learning to listen to yourself, and how to start finding joy again when you’ve been stuck in survival mode.
Raw. Funny. Real. This is what The Bad Bitch Process is all about. 💅
It’s season THREE of the new and improved podcast - The Bad Bitch Process! Hannah’s back — older, funnier, and definitely still a mess. This week’s episode dives into life updates, 9–5 burnout (Dolly Parton, I love you but no x), and what it means to hit 29 in full Saturn-return chaos.
From hating your job and nearly sh*tting yourself from stress (literally), to learning that financial security isn’t worth your peace — it’s a full mix of real talk, ridiculous stories, and that “get your life together” motivation you didn’t know you needed.
