Welcome to Season 4!!
We're celebrating a double milestone today with the new season and our 100th episode of the show.
This season is all about being in bloom and I couldn't think of a better person to kickstart the show with than my dear friend Tami Chin-Mitchell. Tami is one of the most multifaceted entrepreneurs I've ever met and she's set the stage - pun intended - on so many fronts. From singer and songwriter to businesswoman and podcaster, Tami has had a dynamic career and she's just getting started.
Tami represents what I believe to be the epitome of a woman balancing multiple things and on top of it all, she keeps it real, authentic and is true to herself in everything she puts her heart and mind to.
In this episode, we talk about her many entrepreneurial adventures, her journey of understanding herself and her unique take on business, what it's been like to build the Mitchell media empire alongside her husband, Wayne, and the rest of her family, how she intentionally finds pockets of bliss throughout her day, the secret behind her #relationshipgoals marriage, and so much more.
I'm so pumped to share this conversation with you. Enjoy the episode!

In our final reflection for the season, we take a closer look at the gems that came out of our conversation with Kerry-Ann Betton-Stimpson.
As someone who continues to have the negative inner voice experience aka imposter syndrome, I encourage all of my listeners to have some tools ready to shift your thinking. By positively affirming oneself and stepping into action, you can create a habit that negates these thoughts and builds momentum towards achieving the life you desire.
So many of us suffer from the voices in our heads that make us question whether or not we are worthy of our jobs, roles, status etc. Sometimes you'll hear whispers telling you that you don't belong. If this is something that you have experienced, then this epic is for you!
Imposter syndrome, which is one way that comparison shows up, often prevents lady bosses from stepping into their greatness. I had a great time sharing space with Kerry-Ann Betton-Stimpson and discussing how this very common issue has affected her and many other women on their career journey.
Hear about a recent pivotal conversation that helped her to access another level of her authentic power along with other self-empowerment gems.
It's an entrepreneur's dream to build a business that allows you to express yourself and your passion, make an impact and create time for self and family. While the journey to this point may not be easy, it's certainly worth it!
Stacy Kirk is a fellow #techgirlboss who has created not just one, but two companies focused on making IT better for the clients that she serves. In this epic, we talk about Stacy's journey from humble beginnings to building her businesses. We dive into how she faced unknowns and crafted a path that allows her to be a dedicated mother and lover of life.
Have you ever wondered how you could create the abundant life that you really know you deserve? Rebecca Whitman has committed to supporting women in discovering just how to do this.
Her philosophy divides life into 7 Pillars of Abundance. She guides women in their exploration of where they are in each of these areas through her coaching program and helps them with achieving a balanced, beautiful and abundant life.
In this epic, we talk about Rebecca's journey and how she has amassed success through many of the principles she teaches in her program.
What is your risk tolerance when it comes to your financial security? What is your attachment style when it comes to intimate relationships? How are your routines serving you in bringing your whole self, including your soulful side to life?
These are just some of the gems that we mused about in my conversation with Lisandra Rickards and also the basis of my discussions in this epic reflection. Listen in to learn more.
Are you willing to step fully into your soul's purpose? Are you willing to face the risks associated with letting go of what you've been taught about the career ladder, finding love and accessing your bliss?
In this epic, I explore the soulful and the practical aspects of an entrepreneurs career and love journey with Lisandra Rickards, Co-Founder and CEO of Soul Career.
Lisandra openly shares her transition from her corporate soul career to her entrepreneurial soul career. She clues us in on attachment styles and the way she's used the knowledge of this theory to better understand what she desires in finding her ideal love relationship.
Soulfulness touches all aspects of who you are choosing to be and is the catalyst for having a holistic and blissful life experience should you allow it. I'm so grateful to Lisandra for allowing us to explore this space together with examples from her own life.
"If you have a message, share it!" - Ty Heath.
In this epic reflection I talk about how message sharing has evolved with social media and the ways that you can use this as an investment of time vs. a time suck. Language creates and breaks the constructs of our reality, our culture and all norms. How are you using language in evolving yourself and your life?
Ty Heath is a true example of making bold and courageous moves to find her purpose and build community. On the heels of yet another successful execution of the LinkedIn Diversity & Inclusion event for women, Transform Her, I'm so excited to share Ty's story.
We talk about her career journey that led to her leadership role at LinkedIn and how she uses this platform to challenge the status quo and make a difference.

Emotional security blankets, loving yourself in spite of yourself and remaining open and curious about all of it are just some of the gems that I share in this epic reflection.
There are many ways that we block our access to a deeper sense of life fulfillment and some of these blocks lead us to overwhelm and burnout. Facing ourselves and really seeing where we are not doing the best for ourselves is a great way to access peace of mind and the life experience we desire. Take a moment to reflect with me today.
