In your opinion, would you say life gives options? What does it feel like when life gives you no option whatsoever, or when bad things happen to good people? When the only way out is… "you have to pray"? No doubt, prayers does work 💯%. My life is a product of prayer!
But what happens when even the doctors can’t seem to figure out what the situation could possibly be?
In this wow episode; It was a great honor to have had this conversation with Nozzer Pardiwalla. He has had some appearances in his own short films. This episode launched us into having our first podcast guest from India! It was such an awesome conversation.
During our conversation, It was intriguing to note, that regardless of Nozzer’s present predicament at the time of his illness, his mind stayed positive. He refused to set his mind on his ill health, but rather on all the incredibly beautiful things he would do when he would eventually leave the hospital.
During Nozzer’s hospitalization; he received 98 bottles of blood at the Indian hospital. In his exact words “I went through a near death experience; but with the support of my wife, I was back on my feet and lived to see both of my children and fulfil my long cherished dream of becoming a film maker”.
Nozzer’s near death experience will awaken you to leverage on the power of your mind, thoughts, and your imaginations. The mind, as an invaluable tool can work to your advantage helping you reduce stress, and improve your emotional regulation, and self-control which ultimately improves the quality of life in general. When we have limited beliefs, our mind can work against us, as it is the epicenter of all our emotions, neurons, and physical sensations, which is why mindfulness is one of the bedrocks to life.
