This is why I was so excited to chat with him about his experience moving here to Canada, watching this country change, watching his home country go through it while unable to fly to support during the mandates, what immigrants go through and how they are manipulated, and so many things you guys!

Maria is currently working towards combining a degree in biologicals sciences with her BSc food and nutrition degree as a dual degree to then apply for naturopathic medicine.

As a coach, a mom, a friend, a sister and a boss babe herself, Maria is a on a mission to help women around her as she sees the lack of knowledge around women’s health in the health and wellness section.

Although it’s come leaps and bounds there’s still so much work to do as most women have no idea how powerful our bodies are, how intricate our minds are and how we can truly heal our ailments.

In the absolute fire episode, we chat about all the things women face in fitness, in health, in the beauty industry and with our mental health. Cracking open topics like medications, birth control, natural cycling and literally SO MUCH 🥰

Except this one isn’t random and it’s very very gross.

Now we’ve talked about it in length how creepy Hollyweird is and as the years go by, more and more keeps coming out.

In this episode I go over 3 of the most problematic Nickelodeon employees and the allegations against. Both legally and allegedly.

I keep coming back to the same questions.

Why aren’t these child stars protected at all?

Why haven’t we improved here?

Why is the fame and the fortune always more important than their well being?

Why is everything sexualized? In kid shows?

I DON’T GET IT.

Someone please fill me in. I truly do not get it.

I love learning everyone’s personal life experiences, what fuels them, what pains them, what inspires them.

Coach Donovan and I chat about his life growing up and becoming a supplement freak at a very young age, how he has had his own ups and down medically & that journey, how he became a coach/why he became one and how he focuses on healing his clients through a primal diet and exercise.

We also get an idea of what life has been/is like with his wife currently healing from cancer treatment in the US & nearly losing her due to the failing systems.

If you babes remember, Kristin Torva Logan guest appeared on Ep 169 to share how she had to flee Canada to get life saving cancer surgery since the Canadian Health Care system completely failed her. Please make sure to go have a listen to that one as well!

Coach Donovan shares the many ways his wife has been left behind and how amazing the care has been, just below the border. He also shares Part 2 of Kristin’s story.

Shortly after we recorded our episode, Kristin found herself back in emergency on Vancouver Island after coming home to move. They had to make another quick plan to save her life as Canada could do nothing. Again.

& like the true warriors they are, they made it. That came at a heavy price physically and mentally but it paid off as soon as she hit safety ♥️

This is truly an amazing episode of all the raw, real feels about all of it and I cannot thank these two enough for trusting me to share their story.

I cannot tell you guys how much I appreciate what this powerhouse is doing not only for her and her family but helping others along their homeschool journey as well.

In her last episode in season 4, she eluded to growth not just with her own path & helping others find theirs but finding a physical location to gather, learn and teach together and yall she did it!

How amazing.

And she keeps expanding too!

I would absolutely recommend this episode to anyone. Whether you have kids or not. Whether you want to homeschool or not, it was great convo about teaching the next generation and how we can take that on.

Lindsay is helping families get started, sharing her knowledge, sharing how to set up your lessons and schedule and how you can make it custom to you and your family.

Even if your kids are in traditional school, reach out to her as she has plenty of other lessons and activities you can do at home to help teach them life skills, help them in areas of struggle and you get to spend time together too!

Truly proud of this woman and can’t wait to have her back next season to see where she soars!

Each one peaked my interest for different reasons.

I want everyone to know the Ramsey Family were not involved in their daughters murder. This case was handled terribly!

I also want families & mamas out there to not compare the males to online families like Ruby Franke because a lot of them are liars. This one a criminal!

& finally, after diving a bit deeper into death Feederism, I truly feel this is another place where people do not have informed consent and get manipulated by awful people. The repercussions can be literally deadly!
