Firestone Walker has won every major award there is for IPA - more than once. Today Chris and Margaret try two of their best hoppy offerings, and for good measure, throw in one of the most highly acclaimed stouts in the world.

Yet another viewer-submitted beer show! John Rubio of The Beerists podcast has sent some of the best beers Austin, Texas has to offer, including the renowned hefeweizen from Live Oak Brewing.

Bear Republic is know for their iconic IPA, Racer 5, as well as Hop Rod Rye, the original rye IPA. Today we sit down to taste those, as well as replay an interview we had with Bear Republic's Dan Hanes.

Helles Lager is the light, malty, session beer of choice in the Bavaria region of Germany. A close cousin of the hoppier pilsner from which it drew it's inspiration, Helles is a beer many people have drunk for years without even knowing it.

Even for the beer connoisseur, hot summer days cry out for a crisp, easy-drinking lager. In the past, people would reach for a can of their favorite macro. Today, more and more craft breweries are putting together their versions of this easy going brew.
