Billy and Paulie had the pleasure of chatting with Dr. Peter Gerhardt on teaching appropriate behaviors to individuals. Specifically they talk about teaching the behaviors that can often get forgotten about or ignored due to social stigma. They discuss teaching appropriate sexual behavior, discriminating between language to be used around peers vs others, and some ways staff can better approach these topics.  Peter is a super humble, authentic, and accomplished behavior scientist.

Imposter Syndrome is when a person in a position does not feel they are qualified for that position or role even though they may be fully capable of performing their duties. The two outline their journey, struggles, and successes applying the science of human behavior in the juvenile justice setting.
