Based predominantly in boroughs of London, Paul has repeatedly reversed the fortunes of countless branches in his time – transforming them from under performing, financially crippled offices in to thriving businesses fighting for the top spot in their territories. Paul has worked operationally in almost every position the industry has to offer, even launching his own successful brand, NEW LONDON - providing a niche estate agency service for the new build sector before the financial crash.
Following his time as an operational estate agent, Paul carved a career for himself as a copy writer and quickly gained a solid reputation for producing captivating and engaging content. Realising the key role content has to play in bridging the gap between brand and consumer, Paul now extends his services to the modern day estate agent who lacks the time, experience or consistency to publish reliable, relevant and effective content frequently enough to impact on their market.

Paul is a truly seasoned professional in the property world, and has been selling houses for longer than I have been on the planet. From my side, it was a real privilege to sit down with Paul for the length of time that I did to learn more about his views on how the industry has changed in years gone by, and crucially where he sees things going in the years to come.
