The fourth week of ‘5 Where The Talent Resides’ is here! What 5 athletes are featured today?
Reese, Pam and Alex discuss 3 takeaways from week 2 of the NFL season.
The Kansas City Chiefs are 0-2 to start their season after losing to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl defending champion Philadelphia Eagles. Reese says there's no need for the Chiefs to panic. Is Reese right? Are the Chiefs in a good spot? Is it too soon to panic?
The Carolina Panthers are 0-2 this season after losing to both the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Arizona Cardinals. Are the Panthers a disappointment already? Week 2 of the NFL season is now done. What are the takeaways? What did we learn?
Reese, Pam and Alex discuss the two NFL games from last night.
Last night in the NFL, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers pulled off a dramatic 20-19 win over the Houston Texans on Monday Night Football. The game was decided in the final seconds, as Rachaad White punched in a 2-yard touchdown run with just six seconds remaining, capping off an 80-yard game-winning drive led by Baker Mayfield. Mayfield had a strong outing, throwing for 215 yards and two touchdowns, and extending the drive with a crucial 4th-and-10 scramble. The Texans' struggles in the red zone, penalties and late-game defensive lapses allowed the Bucs to steal the victory. How good is Baker Mayfield? Are the Bucs a problem in the NFC?
In the other Monday night matchup, the Los Angeles Chargers defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 20-9. The Chargers’ defense played a dominant role, picking off Raiders QB Geno Smith three times and limiting him to just 180 passing yards. While L.A.'s offense wasn’t explosive, they were still able to control the game enough to secure a comfortable victory. How good are the Chargers? Why is Reese giving up on the Raiders?
Reese, Kmac, Pam and Alex discuss the two NFL games tonight.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are traveling to face the Houston Texans at 7:00 PM ET tonight. Later in the evening, the Los Angeles Chargers head to Las Vegas to take on the Raiders at 10:00 PM ET. Who will win?
Reese, Kmac, Pam and Alex discuss college football action from this weekend.
There was a lot of college football this weekend. The Tennessee Volunteers lost to the Georgia Bulldogs. Kalen De Boer and the Alabama Crimson Tide won. Who are the best collegefootball teams right now? Which college football quarterbacks have been the biggest disappointments?
Reese, Pam and Alex share their Good Looks and Bad Looks on this Good Look Bad Look Monday.
Terence “Bud” Crawford defeated Canelo Álvarez by unanimous decision Saturday night in a historic fight at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The judges scored the bout 116–112, 115–113, and 115–113 in Crawford’s favor, capping off a disciplined and tactical performance that saw him outbox one of the sport’s biggest stars. With the victory, Crawford claimed the undisputed super middleweight championship, making history as the first male boxer to become undisputed champion in three different weight classes. After the fight, Alvarez said, “I think Crawford is way better than Floyd Mayweather.” Is Alvarez right?
The Georgia Bulldogs defeated the Tennessee Volunteers 44-41 in overtime this past weekend. Tennessee came out hot, building a 21-7 lead in the first quarter behind quarterback Joey Aguilar, who threw for 371 yards and four touchdowns. Tennessee had a chance to win it in regulation, but a costly false start penalty pushed back a 38-yard field goal attempt to 43 yards — which the Vols missed with just seconds remaining. In overtime, Tennessee managed only a field goal on its opening drive. Georgia then sealed the win with a 1-yard touchdown run by Josh McCray, completing the comeback and stunning the Knoxville crowd. It was a heartbreaking loss for Tennessee, who led most of the game, while Georgia improved to 7–2 with a gutsy performance under pressure. What else happened in college football?
Reese, Pam and Alex discuss Terence Crawford's win over Canelo Alvarez and Tennessee's collapse against Georgia.

Reese, Pam and Alex discuss the Eagles win over the Chiefs, the Cowboys win over the Giants and more.
The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 20-17 at Arrowhead Stadium yesterday, dropping the defending champs to 0–2 for the first time since 2014. The game was a rematch for the Super Bowl in February of this year. Saquon Barkley rushed for 88 yards and a touchdown, while Jalen Hurts added a rushing score and executed a crucial fourth-quarter “tush push” to help seal the game. With this win, the Eagles move to 2–0, while the Chiefs are suddenly facing early-season pressure after two close losses. Are the Chiefs in trouble?
The New York Giants fell to the Dallas Cowboys 40‑37 in overtime in a wild back‑and‑forth affair that saw a lot of drama. The Cowboys kicker, Brandon Aubrey, was the hero: he tied the game at the end of regulation with a 64‑yard field goal, then sent Dallas home with a 46‑yard game‑winner in OT. For the Giants, Russell Wilson threw for around 450 yards — one of his best games in a long time. Wide receivers Malik Nabers and Wan’Dale Robinson had standout performances: Nabers had 167 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns, Robinson got 142 yards and a score. How does Pam feel about her Cowboys?
Reese, Pam and Alex discuss Duke and the Chiefs loss, UNC's win and more.

Duke lost a close one on the road to Tulane, 34‑27. Duke’s QB Darian Mensah threw for 313 yards (30/51) with one TD and one interception. Duke also had some special teams issues (a blocked kick, miscues, penalties) that hurt their chances. With that loss, Duke’s record dropped to 1‑2.
The North Carolina Tar Heels bounced back in a big way, defeating the Richmond Spiders 41‑6 at home. It was UNC's first home win under new head coach Bill Belichick. Pam was in attendance. How was the game?
Reese, Kmac, Pam and Alex discuss college football action this weekend.
The Tennessee Volunteers will face the Georgia Bulldogs tomorrow Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 3:30 PM ET in Knoxville at Neyland Stadium. This matchup marks the 55th meeting between these SEC rivals, with Georgia leading the all-time series 29–23–2 and having won the last eight consecutive games. The last time Tennessee beat Georgia in football was on October 1, 2016, when the Vols pulled off a dramatic Hail Mary win in Athens, 34‑31. Will Tennessee beat Georgia tomorrow.
The UNC Tar Heels football team is off to a mixed start in the 2025 season under new head coach Bill Belichick. The North Carolina Tar Heels opened with a rough 48-14 home loss to TCU and then bounced back in their second game with a 20-3 win over UNC-Charlotte, marking Belichick’s first collegiate victory. UNC is set to face the Richmond Spiders tomorrow, Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 3:30 PM ET at Kenan Stadium in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Pam will be in attendance (maybe). UNC aims to build momentum and confidence in this matchup against the 1-1 Richmond Spiders. Will Belichick get his first home win with the Heels?
The Alabama Crimson Tide football team will host the Wisconsin Badgers this weekend on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM ET at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Alabama enters the game with a 1-1 record, coming off a dominant 73-0 victory over UL Monroe in Week 2. Unranked Wisconsin is undefeated at 2-0, but they will be without starting quarterback Billy Edwards Jr., who is unlikely to play due to a knee sprain sustained in the season opener. Sophomore transfer Danny O'Neil is expected to start in his place. Will Alabama win?
