Reese, Kmac, Pam and Alex discuss the Eagles win over the weekend, the Carolina Panthers and some awesome gifts the Sports Shop crew received from some callers.
Thanks again Randall and Dawn for the gifts!
The Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Washington Commanders 29-18 on Saturday night in Week 16 of the 2025 NFL season. Philadelphia overcame an early deficit to pull away in the second half and secure the win, clinching the NFC East division title for the second consecutive season. As a result of the Eagles’ victory, Pam's Dallas Cowboys were eliminated from playoff contention, as they can no longer catch Philadelphia in the division standings or earn a playoff spot. How does Kmac feel about his Commanders? How does Pam feel about her Cowboys? How does James feel about his Eagles?
The Carolina Panthers beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 23-20 this weekend in a close divisional matchup. The game was decided late when Carolina kicked a go-ahead 48-yard field goal and the Panthers sealed the win moments later with an interception in the final minute when Ransom picked off Baker Mayfield. Bryce Young threw for 191 yards and two touchdowns, helping Carolina secure the victory and move into first place in the NFC South. Will Carolina win the division? Did Reese believe in Bryce Young this whole time?

Reese, Kmac, Pam and Alex discuss the Rams loss to the Seahawks last night.
The Seattle Seahawks pulled off a dramatic comeback last night, beating the Rams 38-37 in overtime in a wild NFC West game. Seattle trailed by 16 points in the fourth quarter but stormed back with big plays, including a long punt return touchdown that swung momentum. The Seahawks were aggressive all night, converting three two-point attempts, one of which involved a strange deflected pass that was ruled a backward pass and recovered in the end zone to tie the game late. In overtime, Seattle scored a touchdown on a pass to Jaxon Smith-Njigba and then made the bold decision to go for two instead of kicking the extra point, successfully converting to win the game. The victory pushed the Seahawks to the top of the NFC West, while the Rams wasted a huge performance from Puka Nacua in a loss that will sting for a long time. Do you believe in Sam Darnold and the Seahawks?
