Since leaving her teaching job in 2017 she has hired a team of incredible heart-centered leaders, served hundreds of clients, and helped them generate over $11 million in revenue. She is committed to helping 100 entrepreneurs create 7-figure impact driven businesses (9 down, 91 to go!). As a result of donations and the awareness she and her company, “The Digital Business Evolution,” have generated, Jess was able to fund the building of a school in Ghana, Africa with Pencils of Promise. The school opened in January 2021 and is home to over 150 students and local staff.

At that time, Lauryn was committed to racial equality through educational transformation and joined Teach for America in 2003.
