Welcome to the last of my 5 episode series on how we can best utilize DISC in our own lives for success, Today we're going deep into the mechanics of the fourth type, 'C' Personality.
If you want to lead your team, you need to know who they are and HOW they work. To do that we're using a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace.
My amazing guest Erin has spent the past 17 years educating and empowering leaders. She guides others to confidently lead themselves, lean into their strengths, and be the most confident version of themselves to stand in their power. During the pandemic Erin saw an even deeper need to help women as she went through her own metamorphosis; through a chronic health struggle, losing her dad, and her mom's extreme sudden decline with a rare form of dementia and Parkinson’s disease. It was in her own personal breakthrough she learned the tools, tips, and tricks to help you own the warrior within.
No matter the pressure or pivot life throws at you, this will have you stepping into your NEXT BEST YES - intuitively, confidently, and powerfully. -Take Erin’s Free animal quiz HERE.

Are you a busy mom with a cluttered schedule? Yup, me too
But let's be real here... how much time do you think you spend doing things you don’t even want or need to do?
My guest in today's episode, Gael Wood, is a author, entrepreneur, coach, and mom. Gael knows exactly how it feels to have plans and dreams but not enough time to implement them. That was her life until she decluttered her schedule and found time she didn’t even realize she had! And you can do the same with ease just by following the tips and strategies we talk about in today's episode.
In 2013, Gael launched her first online business, which she managed along with her career as a Massage Therapist. As the online businesses began to take off, she made the decision to retire from the hands-on massage work in 2016 and concentrate on using her extensive knowledge and experience to create tailored training and coaching materials and courses for estheticians, massage and spa professionals. With a business to run, family responsibilities, and volunteering Gael was extemely busy, but she had an idea for a new project, and I really wanted to make it work. She was able to accomplish it with the help of decluttering my schedule.

In this special Mother's Day episode I dive deep with Amanda Tice about all things motherhood and how "postpartum" is more than just six weeks until you're "cleared to resume normal activity" by a doctor. Whether you're new to motherhood, an advanced pro, or still in the planning stage, being a mom can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people -- and while every journey is different, none of us has to go it solo. (Consider this your reminder.)
Amanda Tice is a successful curve model who has worked the past twelve years for and with well-known retail clients such as Nordstrom, Target, Saks, and Hanes. Since becoming a mom, Amanda has built on her background in Comparative Human Development to lead a mom revolution aimed at helping mothers tap into their inner wisdom and uncover hidden truths about motherhood to thrive postpartum and beyond.
Find her on Instagram or through her website -- and don't forget to check out her book, The New Mom Code: Shatter Expectations and Crush It at Motherhood, anywhere books are sold.
