Hello there and welcome to what I'm calling season two of the Beyond Nourish podcast. It's been quite a few years since I recorded this podcast. In the time in between, my life has changed so much. In the last episode, I talked about taking a amazing work opportunity that I went overseas and I wasn't able to travel with my equipment.
It just wasn't making sense in the season of life that I was in. In all anticipation to come back one day, I am now here. I now have a son, which still seems so crazy to say. However, Beyond Nourished is still here and thriving, and I really considered what I wanted to bring to this new season, and it was truly all about conversations.
I love the tips and tricks that we were doing in the first season. But as you noticed, things were kind of evolving into me having real life conversations with other personal chefs, private chefs, or people in a related industry. And so many of our listeners are people who are aspiring to be holistic chefs, uh, whether it be just as a hobby or a little side hustle, or if it's their full time career.
