In recent client meetings, the need arose to illustrate the affordability factor on aging inventory. Then, upon presenting the newly-created tool to a group of newcomer dealers, it became clear that others could benefit from seeing the impact of changing those "inside the box" numbers that BHPH dealers work with every day.
