"Does God really love me?"

Have you ever asked questions like these? The answers can be found in the Bible.
The answers can be found when you take the time to survey the cross of Jesus.
It's an interesting and comforting statement that Jesus makes in Luke 14:12-14.
"...For you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous."

The apostle Paul had the right perspective when it came to his life. Will we?
Consider his words in Acts 20, where he said, "I do not consider my life..."
As Christians, we are to be hearers and doers!
Each week, we hear a sermon preached. It's great to hear a sermon preached! It's even better to take action and do what it is we hear!
In life, it's always important to ask the question "Why." Having a strong "Why" when it comes to all we do, will help us to be successful. It's important for us as Christians to know why we are to be holy!
When it comes to sin, we don't often think about the long-term ramifications.
I was reminded of this during a Bible devotional with my family.
Let's be wise and "Fear the LORD and turn away from evil." Sadly, many think they will have the NEXT DAY. But TODAY is not even promised.

Her name was Dorcas! This godly woman was abounding in charity and kindness.
