The miracles of Jesus produced a variety of responses from people. 

There's one story, in particular, that's really interesting. In it, we find people laughing at Jesus!

In a church bulletin I wrote a few years ago, I referenced Titus 6:55-14. Yes, that's correct. That's what I typed. The only problem is that there is no Titus 6! That chapter is not in the Bible! I made a mistake and corrected it. I often say, "There's a sermon there!" I never made a sermon from this mistake of mine, but now I'm turning it into a podcast! 

Sometimes there are things we can believe that are not found in the Bible. 

In this episode, I consider a few examples of this. As Christians, let's believe what we do have in the scriptures and avoid chapters that are not in the Bible. 

There are so many examples of good men in the Bible. 

One that stands out is King David! But what made him a great man? It wasn't because he was perfect.

Whoever said that, don't believe it! Words Matter. Words are Powerful. 

We need to be careful with the words we say!

In Matthew 14:22-33, we see Jesus and the apostle Peter walk on Water! 

What an amazing story. It's a story that helps us to see the power of Jesus. 

It's a story that teaches us some things about faith. 

Jesus is not asking us to walk on water. But He does expect us to walk by faith! 

A lot is said about Jesus during Christmas and Easter. 

But what happens after these holidays pass? Will we still have the same zeal to talk about Him? 

The saints in the first century talked about Jesus! They shared the good news with others! 

Let's talk about Him all the time. 

The tomb is empty! The scriptures have been fulfilled. Jesus is risen! 

Just as He said. Let's continue to trust in His words. They never fail.
