A few years ago, a study asked Americans to rank different people groups on an evolutionary scale of “humanness.” Sadly, people actually did this—putting themselves above others. Yes, racism is still alive in the US.
But as Christians, we should have nothing whatsoever to do with racism. We are all descended from Adam and Eve—there’s only one race, the human race. Every person on earth is related to one another. As the Bible says, we’re all “one blood.”
Jesus came, died, and rose again for people from every tribe, tongue, nation, and language. Every person is a sinner in need of the grace and salvation from Jesus.
