Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has taken on the judiciary for some rulings made with regard to suspected corruption and corruption-related cases being investigated. According to Kissi Agyebeng, the court is exhibiting some disregard for his office's powers with what he sees as hasty dismissiveness of its cases. Alban Bagbin also says the creation of the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) was an act in futility. He stressed that the office will not achieve any results in the fight against corruption and instead insisted on the decoupling of the Attorney General's department from the Ministry of Justice.

Ghana Education Service has directed head teachers in seven Senior High Schools (SHS) in the Ashanti Region to step aside. The action in connection with the collection of unauthorized fees from first year students in the ongoing admission process.

Minerals Commission says the Lithium deal between the government of Ghana and Barari DV Ghana Limited is in the best interest of Ghana. The mining lease was granted for 15 years to Barari, which is the subsidiary of Atlantic Lithium Limited, an Australian company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and also on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange. The lease covers an area of 42.63 Km2 in and around Ewoyaa in the Mfantseman Municipality of the Central Region. Most professionals are saying this agreement is not a good deal.
