Corn and Macaroni Casserole

1 stick salted butter

3 cans corn - not drained

3 cans cream corn

1 box elbow or bowtie pasta

2 lb block of velveeta - cubed

1 cup milk or half and half

salt/pepper

Add all ingredients to crockpot. Cook on high for 1 hour and then stir. Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the pasta is tender.

*Add additional milk or cream to your desired consistency.

Potato soup!!

Chopped potato’s, or use a bag of diced hashbrowns

1 carton of chicken broth

1 Cup of heavy cream

2 packs of cream cheese

Smoked Sausage (quartered)

1 Tablespoon of salt, pepper, red pepper, garlic powder and onion powder

(Dave edition: 3 tablespoons of bacon grease)

Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours

Serve with shredded cheese on top!
