Wednesday's Second Hour: We're talking clean water to start the hour with Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Mike Naig who has details on yesterday's announcement of investments across the state and updates us on the batch and build projects going on around Iowa. Mike also tells us about the latest developments in the situation of HPAI in dairy cattle, the new biosecurity measures, and gives reassurance to the safety of pasteurized milk.

Wednesday's First Hour: Iowa State University Extension Agronomist Rebecca Vittetoe tells us how many fields she is seeing in East Central Iowa that are fit for corn and soybean planting and talks about action to take against alfalfa weevil. Brian Hoops from Midwest Market Solutions tells us what is going on in the marketplace today. And we celebrate Wyffels Wednesday with Wade Peck from Wyffels and he's going over the things to look for when deciding to plant the 2024 crop.

Tuesday's Second Hour: Southwest Iowa farmer Chris Gaesser lets us take a look at the field from his perspective as planting gets underway on his operation. Iowa Farm Bureau economics and research manager Christopher Pudenz discusses the trade and ag impacts that comes along with some new tariffs on imports from China and has details on the upcoming IFBF economic summit. US Commodities President Don Roose tells us what key factors he's watching for markets in the coming weeks as we close today's show.

Tuesday's First Hour: Iowa State University Extension Agronomist Clarabell Probasco gives us an update on planting in Southern Iowa and the conditions she is looking for to signal the start of widespread activity. Don Roose from US Commodities fills us in on the markets with a quiet day today after Monday's gains.
