US Commodities' Don Roose describes today's reaction to USDA Report this morning and tells us what he is hearing from the ag world in South America.

Wednesday's Second Hour: We start the hour celebrating Clean Water Wednesday with the folks from Montag Manufacturing and the Iowa Agriculture Water Alliance. Mike Naig discusses the latest news from the capitol including Senate passage of the meat labeling bill and the grain indemnity fund. Ending the hour, we listen back again to another highlight from the career of the late Lee Kline as we recognize the 100th anniversary of broadcastign for our flagship station, NewsRadio 1040 WHO.

Wednesday's First Hour: Big Show flagship station NewsRadio1040 WHO is celebrating its 100th anniversary today! In celebration, we're listening back to some of the best moments from former WHO Radio farm broadcasters Lee Kline and Keith Kirkpatrick, and Bob talks about the inception of The Big Show. We also catch up on today's market trade with AgTraderTalk's Garret Toay.

WHO Radio began broadcasting from Des Moines, Iowa on April 10, 1924. Today we celebrate 100 years of broadcasting to Iowans as Jeff Angelo visits with some of the voices who made it happen! We reminisce with Van Harden and Bonnie Lucas on their days on the morning show. Current WHO Radio personalities Simon Conway, Bob Quinn, David Geiger, Lee Habeeb, Heather Burnside, Sue Danielson, Nathan Fischer, and Terry Rich discuss their best memories on the air and the significance of telling the stories of Iowans. We also look back at some of the highlights of WHO legends Ronald Reagan and Herb Plambeck.

Tuesday's Second Hour: North Central Iowa field agronomist Gentry Sorenson from Iowa State University Extension talks with us about the lead up to planting season including the soil temps in in the area and he compares pre-plant 2024 to this time last year. Monte Shaw from the Iowa Renewable Fuels Association discusses the impact of soon-to-be-announced GREET Model regulations on their industry. Don Roose from US Commodities ends today's show with an update on markets.

Tuesday's First Hour: Interstate 35 FFA Instructor Denny Meggers joins us to talk about his experience yesterday travelling down to Southern Illinois to view the solar eclipse in the path of totality. Al Kluis from Kluis Commodity Advisors tells us his perspective at the end of the hour driving south from the Twin Cities to escape cloud cover to see it near Cedar Rapids. And in the middle of the first hour today, Don Roose from US Commodities walks us through today's ag market trade.

Monday's Second Hour:State Representative Heather Hora discusses the meat labelling bill that was passed by the State Senate but rejected by the House. David has a special report for us today with USDA NASS Upper Midwest Regional Office Director Greg Thessen on the recent five-year review on NASS Reports. Jamey Kohake from Paragon Investments ends today's show with another update on markets and his projections heading into planting season.
