The Big Ten and PAC-12 decided they may want to play football this fall after all....but it's early September. In Hokies news, running back Raheem Blackshear had his waiver appeal accepted by the NCAA and is now immediately eligible to play this fall. We discuss what this means for the Virginia Tech offense.
