Over the past twelve years, he has gained a wealth of experience in various roles, including managing a life settlement funding organization, running a life insurance general agency, and being a part of several technology startups. His deep understanding of the life settlement industry and regulatory landscape, combined with his strong connections to insurance brokers, funders, and industry parties, has allowed him to establish credibility and facilitate hundreds of successful transactions. He has gained valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities within these industries, which led to the creation of LS Hub in 2017. Utilizing his background in technology, Jass founded LS Hub to address common frustrations and identify opportunities in the life settlement sector.

Emmanuel was born in Brooklyn, New York, but has spent most of his life in beautiful South Florida. He attended college in Grove City, Pennsylvania, where he met his wife. Emmanuel earned his MBA at the Wayne Huizenga School of Business in Davie, Florida. Emmanuel is the co-founder of Doctors Benefits, a nationwide Insurance Agency focusing on the protection of clients in the medical field. Doctors Benefits provides a wide range of solutions including Life Insurance, Annuities, Long Term Care, Disability Income, and Retirement Planning strategies. Emmanuel is currently one of Levinson's top-producing Agencies, with most of his business being conducted remotely using Levinson's digital marketing and application solutions. 

Bill sits down with Todd Tippets, President of Standard Life and Casualty Insurance Company, a Manhattan Life Company, as well as Regional Vice President Kemp Cole to discuss the latest industry trends, "Insure Me Now Direct", Products, Technology & Sales Strategies!

Mr. Tippets joined Standard Life & Casualty in 2021. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Tippets was a Director at Cigna Supplemental Benefits with primary accountability for the Direct To Consumer Channel. He began his career in the insurance industry in 1995 at Cigna. During his career, he has held a variety of leadership roles with increasing responsibility at Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Sterling Life Insurance Company (Windsor Health Group). His background and expertise include Marketing, Operations, Underwriting, Sales, Distribution Management, and Telesales. Additionally, Mr. Tippets has international experience in Latin America, has lived in Chile for two years, and is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Tippets earned his BS in Microbiology from Brigham Young University and his MBA with a focus in Health Services Management from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. 

Kemp Cole joined Standard Life and Casualty in April 2020 as Regional Vice President of Sales. Prior to joining the company, Kemp was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Kemper Health for 10 years. He served in various roles for the marketing and sales team in addition to product development since 2002. Prior to that, Kemp was a regional sales manager for 5 years and before that, he was an independent contractor for 15 years selling individual life and health insurance. Oklahoma State University is where Kemp received his Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Administration. He is active in the local Oklahoma,  National Association of Benefit Professionals (NABIP).

Breshad is a former 1st round draft pick in the NFL and is a decorated wide receiver formerly of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Being from South Florida, he decided to play college football at UCF and was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the 2015 NFL Draft. Breshad exhibited a rare blend of speed, size, and athleticism which propelled him into the 1st round of the NFL draft, and further cemented his success as a professional football player. During his 7 year career, he has also been a member of the Washington Redskins, Cleveland Browns, New York Jets, and Chicago Bears. One of his major accomplishments was working with Tom Brady, and he quickly became one of Tom's favorite targets and was the recipient of Tom Brady’s 700th career touchdown pass.
