Jowad came on my podcast at Episode 40! Back again to talk a bit more in depth about how much the Shanghai fitness scene has changed since he's been here. The last three years things have changed a lot, we have made a lot of moves and he's been to many more gyms many more social circles.

Will and Nat are some of my favorite people in Shanghai, always looking around and trying new things. The best part of hanging out with them is that they are always into a new hobby a new interest a new crazy idea. They are never boring.

在上海巴西柔术群现在够大了，可以开始分道服无道服的课，现在开始分男女课。我认识Elena 也差不多3年了，我们一起练柔术这么久她是蓝带我怎么还是白带？哈哈！反正她现在开始教女生无道服课在 Absolute MMA，昌化路667号S4，靠近安远路。她的课是周日12点半，有空去玩玩。

我在上海Cherry Bomb 认识的 Logan，人家说自己跟UFC工作我立马加人家的微信的。虽然我电台上柔术嘉宾特别多，这就是我的圈子不喜欢可以听别的电台。哈哈哈。Logan 怎么找到这份工作的也是他一个比较有趣的点。

Mono 通过Wayne 认识的也是一个我这个电台的好处。Mono 这个人就立马谈得来，很快就能做朋友的一个人。作为一个纹身师我觉得也是需要这种个性的。如果我开始纹身然后纹身师很boring我估计会疯的，这个人要一直碰着我这么久！

我跟Trace 在射箭馆认识的，我也发现射箭馆的一些朋友真的很有趣。Trace 这个人充满好奇心，我觉得要作为我的朋友确实需要这种好奇的个性。不能跟我回 "没有为什么" 而是"我不知道可是可以去研究，大概第一反应可能是blahblahblah"这种人就比较有趣。
