What was your idea of partnership and where did it come from?
Nobody taught us how to work through a long term marriage
All I knew was fairy tales and soap operas. I remember wanting the dream relationship.
Yet I didn’t know if it was possible.
When two people are together for a long time, we start to discover that we have different emotional scales. And it’s not always smooth sailing.
We have to learn and grow and do things different than how we did them when we first met.
We all have to adjust and change I believe.
I’ve realized it’s about learning to express yourself authentically while keeping our tone and body language and volume of our voice at a level that feels graceful and calming.
It’s the only way people can hear us truly.

Have you ever been on the road and experienced stress response in your body and mind? Or witnessed someone else have a heightened reaction that leaves you feeling very very uncomfortable? Well, I am here to guide you through as truly when you understand these mindset strategies and drop into your heart like I explain, you will have a whole new experience start to manifest within you.
I talk about being the observer of your life, in the every day, not just on the road, but this road experience I had was a perfect example for me to share. I see the opportunity for us all to live a life from inner peace, and one that has more ease and flow in the every day. If you want that too, then let’s continue to move forward together!

I am back with another interview with my Dad, Pritam S. Lamba!
Today we talk about parenting, and specifically about when kids become your friends.
My dad shares how he used ‘discipline’ and ‘direction’ when my brothers and I were growing up and when he saw us rebelling and then made a decision to shift his parenting style.
He also shares that he believes parents must change themselves at some point, to have what he calls ‘dialogue’ vs ‘dictating’. He admits that he was a ‘hard-nosed’ dad, all out of love and protection from all the bad influences in the world.
It opened up a two way communication for us. It wasn’t smooth sailing at all, but looking back, our reflection is quite enlightening.
Some things came up that I didn’t even know he had thought and did when I was a teenager.
My favourite parts are when we laughed together and when I almost started crying from something he said.
I hope you take one thing away from this to support you and your family.

I am on a big kick right now around this idea of “women supporting women”. I’ve been working on planning some events in my local community as many have been asking and it is something I really enjoy to do.
I also want to raise the vibration around women, with women, especially the women in your household or closest to you.
Why? Well, there is this idea in society that women are in competition always or act catty often in groups, and truly, imagine if we started to change that right now, with this episode today.
I’ve stepped into a practice of complimenting other women, as a practice on purpose. It started after doing this as an exercise after a conference I attended years ago and now it’s part of my every day.
I don’t even notice myself doing it anymore inside my home, but part of this practice has resulted in my daughters complimenting me more and more. It’s a beautiful thing. The key was for me to go first.
And I was reminded of this last week at a women in business event I was at where intuitively I was guided to complement the women in front of me. It was magical what I witnessed.
I like to dream big and I like to start things that can ripple out to the WORLD, yes the WORLD… so here it goes.

Have you ever heard of this idea that we have two voices in our heads, just one milimetre apart?
I believe it’s so true. These voices I often call the inner critic vs the inner coach or the monkey mind vs the miracle mind.
The real question is, which voice are you listening to?
Let’s dive into something that I stepped into years ago that has a profound shift for the good in all areas of my own life, the life with my family , with all my relationships, and has even helped me grow my business. It’s what I call “Self-Talk Mastery”.
And after you listen to this, if you wish to hear more, learn more, step into more in your own life, please join me on Thursday October 26, 2023 on zoom for this FREE Masterclass about “Self-Talk Mastery”.
You can drop me an email at [email protected] and say the word “mastery” and I will make sure you get the zoom link and/or the recording for that free call. Or simply just DM me on instagram at @binudhindsa and say “mastery” and I will send you the zoom link and/or the recording.

I love to keep this mindset roaming in my mind often. To believe that there may be a reason when things don’t always go as planned. When something doesn’t go your way, how can you surrender in a more practical way? That’s what this episode is all about.
I love to talk about the “comeback rate”, this process of coming back to centre faster when life throws you a curveball.
Whether it’s a small stressor experienced in life, a bigger event like grief, or other tough times to move through, consider some ways you can think differently, elevate your thoughts, bring a higher thought so to speak, to help you come back to a place of peace.

My very first guest on this podcast is my Dad! I love this conversation with him, it’s been years in the making. The topic of this is Dad’s secrets to thriving at 87!
People always ask me often what his secret is, what routines and thoughts he keeps, and that’s exactly what we chat about.
He loves people. He golfs 3-4 times a week. He attends monthly board meetings. He participates in city wide social events. He has a deep value for respect and gratitude.
He remembers being treated so well in those early days coming from India. He was given so much in those early days, he talks about always wanting to give back to this community he now continues to live in.
He believes the love he feels for people has reflected back to him.
And the love he has for himself comes back to him from others.
His mirror affirmations are the part that inspire me so much.
I hope you enjoy this conversation and feel inspired by some things we discuss.

In today's episode I share with you how I let go of the things my parents did that didn't serve me when I was younger (some of us have a long list I know) and then how I stepped in with the things that I did learn from them that were good and how I ran with those things to make my life better each and every day.
We often don’t realize where the lessons hang out, sometimes it’s after losing a parent or having a hard upbringing. Or sometimes it’s from a place of deep desire of how you want your every day life to play out.
I do believe that if we always are open to improving how we show up with the intention of experiencing more peace, calm and love in our every day life, we will step in to what our next growth step is at the timing that is right for us.

Today I talk about judgement, feeling judged by others and self-judgement. Imagine what life would be like if you could live free of judgement once and for all.
So many of us are truly after a feeling called internal freedom, this freedom to be ourselves without worrying about judgement from others.
I share why the word “should” is not working for most of us and what really is underneath judgement and how to change the energy of it in your household.
If you want to dive deeper with me on these topics, I am hosting a 3 day BE FREE of JUDGEMENT challenge next week on October 15, 16 and 17th.
It’s 3 masterclasses in webinar style on zoom, to show you how to step into this in your own life so you can start experiencing more peace and ease in the every day.
You can sign up for this FREE masterclass series HERE.
