In this episode, I sit down with one of my best friends and a fellow podcast host, Brenda Jasmin, the host of the She Flourishes Podcast.
Brenda and I unfortunately are in a club together that we didn’t choose to be in. It’s the club of not having our Moms around in our human life anymore. And as we approach Mother’s Day, this is something we like to do together, which is open up the conversation around grief especially for those of us whose Moms have passed. Both of us grew up in a world where suppressing these feelings was what was the norm. Together, we want people to openly speak about their loved ones who have passed, work on processing the grief in their own way, and keep the spirits of their loved ones alive in their hearts and everyday life.
Our hope is that this conversation that Brenda and I have together allows you to process your own emotions and maybe gives you hope on the years to come without your Mom in your human life.
And if you have a friend who you think could use this episode, please do share it with them.
Remember, it’s okay to feel sad, even 35 years later. And it’s definitely okay to cry!

In today’s episode, Binu speaks about how to know if it’s a gut instinct or intuition and what the difference really is. This is the time now to really strengthen this intuitive muscle given what is happening with AI in our world. So many people are worried about AI replacing them, but it’s important to know there is a part of you that AI will never be able to replace.
Tune in to this episode to start realizing how intuition shows up for you in your body, the difference between it and your spirit guides and angels and how to tell the difference between gut instincts, anxiety, ego and intuition.
This is a juicy episode that I know will leave you with some aha moments and actions you can move on right away.

Live at the Pearl Hotel during the High Vibe Women Event, Binu hosts business and leadership coach Sarah Lambert to discuss “embodied sales,” defined as selling what you are most embodied in and being the proof of concept.
Sarah Lambert is a High Performance Business and Leadership Coach for Entrepreneurs and a Mom of 2. Her work has helped hundreds of women scale their online businesses in an aligned and easeful way using Nervous System Informed Strategy and Leadership.
This was such a fun experience with Sarah, who is not only a leader I admire but one of my coaches and mentors. We explore common sales blocks including fear of judgement, visibility, guilt, worthiness, imposter syndrome, and rejection.
Sarah teaches “feel it to free it” by locating emotions in the body, dropping story-based thinking, and regulating the nervous system, noting discomfort can pass quickly. We connect embodiment to alignment, intuition, non-attachment to results, and a default emotional state that influences what clients you attract. Sarah shares contrasting launches (a framework masterclass that flopped vs. an easy-selling nervous system course for moms), answers audience questions on embodiment, identity shifts, multi-passionate branding, and ends with practicing empowering beliefs.
This is a powerful conversation and the live recording brought alot of high vibe energy to us both and to the audience that was with us.
In this episode, Binu explores the profound connection between exercise, personal growth, and spiritual awareness. She shares personal insights on how movement can unlock intuitive and transformative experiences.
-The difference between exercise (intentional movement) and working out (challenging, often uncomfortable physical effort).
-How consistent movement, like walking or hiking, helps us get out of our own way and facilitates spiritual downloads.
-Strength training's unique benefits for women in their 50s, particularly for hormonal balance and hot flash management.
-The idea that pushing past comfort zones during workouts opens portals for intuition and clarity.
-How nature walks enhance our ability to listen to inner guidance and receive intuitive hits.
-The significance of meeting yourself where you are and gradually progressing to unlock new levels of self-awareness.
-The concept that exercise acts as a spiritual practice, creating space for self-leadership and inner growth.
-Encouragement for women in their 60s and 70s to start lifting weights to strengthen bones and maintain muscle mass.
-Overcoming societal and internal stories about age, strength, and what’s possible in your fitness journey.
-The importance of trusting your intuition when making life changes and living authentically.
