This week I'm joined by my close friend Lucinda Hill. We have bonded over the past year of knowing each other and have found common ground with our Anxiety. Most people who suffer from Bipolar experience symptoms of Anxiety, which is a common mental health issue that impacts almost everyone at some point in their lives.
