We take a deep dive into Kassie's personal romantics, professional and family relationships and why she has failed to communicate effectively this week. You are what you hate. It sounds harsh but hear me (Kassie) out. 
This weeks episode we come back from a tiny week break and it is the most vulnerable yet. I lightly touch on the topic of how our inner world reflects back to us at large in our reality. How people we are triggered by are really reminding us of our own shit. 
Honestly, this was the hardest episode I have recorded and edited. There was so many long pauses of silence while I tried to gather my thoughts and filter what I wanted to say. At times I felt as if I was calling people out on their shit but not talking about mine. So I did just that. I confessed about my intolerance for the victim mentality because I use to have that mentality and still have to practice self forgiveness for who I was. I talk about how I am triggered by people expressing anger because of the anger  I hold and bottle up internally. This was so hard to talk about because this topic is not something I am well versed in. This topic is something I am practicing everyday to better myself and have to practice self forgiveness regularly. 

The beginning of this journey of podcasting I have vowed to be open, honest and vulnerable. To be truly authentic and to normalize tough conversation. This episode tested me and touched a nerve. The episode itself has the same feel and vibe as the others, but it left an after taste in my mouth.
