The Bitter End

A bonus episode of the excellent new podcast Flixwatcher, featuring guest appearances from your own Todd & Tom! Alongside hosts Kobi and Helen, we discuss the delights of the 1986's slimey latex-wrapped romp From Beyond, by the makers of Reanimator!

We got to speak to an actual participant of the UniSol programme! Tico Wells, aka Universal Soldier's Garth the lab technician explains to us exactly how he managed to get killed by Dolph Lundgren and lived to tell the tale...

Episode Seven! Gone so soon? Todd & Tom share some tender reflections on the Universal Soldier series as a whole, imagine their own fantasy sequels, and most importantly reveal the results of the vote for the subject of season five!

Episode Six! It's been a wild ride, but Todd & Tom are finally at the bitter of season four. With JCVD and Dolph Lundgren both representing, this final movie of this franchise is a hum-dinger of a shooty-man swan song!

Episode Five! Oh my goodness, I'm blushing and there can be only one reason why... Big Dolph Lundgren is BACK! Oh and also some more JCVD for you. Universal Soldier: Regeneration sure is a macho shooty-man extravaganza for the ages.

Episode Four! Todd & Tom are joined by guest-host Martin, a man who loves Universal Soldier with all his heart and yet had no idea there were any sequels? Will The Return give him the film he's been dreaming of?

Episode Three! The raw masculine power of Burt Reynolds' entire face stages a full-frontal assault against Todd & Tom, in the second made-for-TV instalment of everybody's not-quite-favourite Shooty-Man franchise! Will it be any good? Who cares! Care to join us?

Episode Two! After falling head over heels in love with Dolph Lundgren, Todd & Tom are now facing the harsh reality of a movie without his charms. This one doesn't even have Johnny Cloddy Van Dam Dam! What the hell.

Season Four, Episode One! Just like a pair of reanimated super-soldiers, back from the dead to settle old scores.... Todd & Tom have returned. Join us as we delve deep into Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren's shooty-shooty smash hit!

Coming from out of the blue, here's a bonus episode in which Todd and Tom meet their buddy Noel at the pub, go and watch 1994's Double Dragon movie, and then chat about it on the walk home. That's it!
