From the classroom to the stage to the producer's office to the director's chair, David Schwingle stays busy as Bob Jones University's artistic director. From the fine arts series to the student-directed plays, David has specific goals for how to use fine arts to help today's BJU students pursue a higher calling.

With over 30 years of experience discipling students at Bob Jones University, Chief Student Development Officer, Jon Daulton, has a heart for college students. He loves being around them and he loves being part of what God is doing in their lives. Listen as Vice President for Advancement and Alumni Relations, John Matthews, talks with Jon about the mission statement of Student Life at BJU and how the team of mentors, counselors and leaders work together to mentor students in a relational model of discipleship.

Dr. Denny Scott — or simply “Coach” to hundreds of athletes — wears three hats at Bob Jones University. Faculty member in the school of Health Professions, head coach of the Bruins golf team and Acting Athletic Director for the entire athletic program. Listen as Coach Scott shares how the Lord has shaped his philosophy of competition inside a biblical worldview and his goals for helping other coaches at BJU prepare their athletes to pursue a higher calling.

Laurilyn Hall, well respected faculty member by both peers and students, talks about the opportunities  she anticipates seizing in her new role as Vice Provost for Academic Affairs. After 24 years of serving in key leadership roles at KEMET,a corporate powerhouse in global business, Brian Burch recently joined the senior leadership team of BJU.

Dr. David Fisher recently took time out of his busy schedule in his new role as BJU's Executive Vice President and Provost to share a few stories that reflect his faithful service, stable leadership, hopeful spirit, and unquestionable love for the people around him. 

How do you prepare to be the chief of surgery over a hospital in a third world country? Today's BJU Alumni story features Dr. Thomas Kendall. Tom currently serves as hospital administrator and chief of surgery at L'Hôpital Baptiste Biblique (HBB), ABWE’s mission hospital in southern Togo. Melissa Kendall, in addition to homeschooling, serves in the Guest House ministry and facilitates a weekly children's Bible club with the unreached Islamic community.
