In this episode Derreck and Mr. Newbz talk about what exactly "Sea of Thieves" is and some of the basics around the game. What is Sea of Thieves?
Sea of Thieves is a pirate adventure game made by Rare studios. The game focuses on creating your very own pirate adventure complete with pirate ships, flintlock pistols, treasure, and anything else you would expect when you hear the word "pirate."
What can you do in Sea of Thieves?
>Sail the seas!
-via a 1 or 2 person sloop or a 4 person galleon
>fight other pirates
-ship to ship combat
-hand to hand combat with guns and swords
>fight skeletons, sharks, and other foes...like the KRAKEN!
>complete various themed quests
-merchants alliance
-gold hoarders
-order of souls
>explore islands and their history
-every island is different and a lot of them have remnants of fictitious past pirates that had been there before
>cross play between xbox one and PC
