  • PEP TALK: Healing is NOT Linear - Listen to this when you feel stuck or like you've regressed in your healing journey

This pep talk is for those bad days when you feel stuck in your healing, like you've plateaued in growth, or if you feel a regression in your healing. I've been there. And I gotchu!

Healing is not always pretty, it's not always clean, and it doesn't always make sense. Sometimes we heal the most in the moment we feel the least healed. I hope to leave you with hope and encouragement for those moments.
