I have been going to Optimal Bio for three years now, and the changes in my life and overall health have been drastic. This is a topic I am wildly passionate about sharing and telling my own story about, so I thought, "Who better to share it with than Candi herself!"
Between the supplementation, hormone replacement therapy, bloating, birth control, and energy discussions there are so many nuggets of knowledge to hone in on. I pray that this episode gives you clarity on something maybe you have been wondering or struggling with.

Today I sit with my longtime hometown friend, Gabe Hines. Gabe is an inspiration to me for many reasons, and I think they will intrigue you as well. The first time we recorded this episode, the entire file was unexpectedly deleted. As devastating as it was, we had faith that a better episode would be recorded in the future. The first time we recorded we were in the podcast studio in my home, so actually having cameras and filming in a studio is already a million times better. I cannot tell you guys enough how excited I am to be sharing this episode with you. Make sure to give Gabe a follow as well if you enjoy the episode! IG: @gabrielhines_
Cameron is back on the show this week, and boy does he have a beautiful story to share, or coming to Christ if you will. Cameron and I have had strangely similar timelines when it comes to spirituality and awakenings, and I think that some of this has to do with our fathers both passing away on December 17th 2019. Regardless of being close to your parent or not, when the person that played a part brining you into this world passes away you can't help but to question everything you once knew in turn seeing life through a different lens. You will notice that our journeys didn't just happen overnight or immediately after our fathers passing. The journey extends far past that life experience taking place as we didn't want tragedy to be the reason we turned to Christ. Each of us wanted to find it on our own at the exact right time, and little did we know all we had to do was search from within. I hope that you enjoy today's episode. XX Bloomie
Cameron Smith is back again. Find out what he's been up to in addition to the recent spiritual enlightenment he has recieved.
I was reading John O’Leary’s book ‘On Fire’ recently about living a radically inspired life, and he spoke of our true stories in life. Not the story that we tell on a first date, a job interview, or at cocktail hour, the story. The one where you have overcome something and in the process of overcoming it has shaped you into the person you are today and along the way you have become sharper, mentally stronger, and
In his book he encourages his readers to share their stories. I began thinking to myself, “Wow, I have been doing this for a few years now, and I’ve really never had an article or podcast solely dedicated to what my family and I went through.”
Many of you may not be aware of this, but this is actually how my blog and podcast came to fruition. With the general theme and premise being “feel good” and “mental health” my initial vision statement, was “I don’t care if I ever make any money from this, as long as my content reaches one person, just one single person that is maybe in the same headspace my father was in leading up to committing and can help them down off of the mental ledge they are on that is all that will ever matter. If I can just help get through to one person, that’s all I need.” Because truthfully, I wish there were more resources my dad could have leaned
I mean yes this may look like a hobby, but truly at times it feels like a mission God has sent me on. If I had it my way, I would be living on a ranch somewhere with babies, bunnies, goats, and no social media. With that being said, it matters a lot to me to be able to vulnerably share my own story in hopes of helping or inspiring others.
Because at the end of the day it’s already happened and there’s nothing that I can do about it other than to share it in hopes of helping a hurting world and growing myself. The only evidence of life is growth John O’Leary says, so if you’re not growing, you’re dying simply put.

Listen in as local artist, friend, and babe, Brooke Pereira shares the ins and outs of creating, staying motivated, and living in the present moment.
I was delighted to have this force of a woman on my podcast. Adelina's work is beyond intriguing to me. Listen in as she brings awareness to topics that really aren't discussed enough. With this episode, she hopes that people feel free to express themselves sexually and not be ashamed of their sexualities.
This week on the Bloomie Brained podcast I would like to introduce you guys to my dear friend, Julian Smith. Julian is a powerhouse of a man who always inspires those around him. He is the owner of Brighterlight Media and the husband of my friend Taylor Keeping Smith, who was on the show two episodes ago! I adore the two of them and what they stand for, so it was simply divine to be able to have both of them on recently.
The podcast currently has 30 episodes available.
