In this emergency-release episode, the Bo-Hosts dive into Sammy’s latest social media teases with Anthrax/Pantera’s Charlie Benante, Mötley Crüe’s Tommy Lee, and Birthday Bash regular Chad Kroeger of Nickelback. What does it all mean?

Is Sammy cooking up a Heavy Metal sequel to 2013’s Sammy Hagar & Friends? Is this a Birthday Bash rehearsal? Or maybe both? The Bo-Hosts also riff on whether Sammy’s surprise appearance at Sabbath’s End of the Road show — and the  rekindling of old musical ties — was possibly the spark for some serious late-career RED-BANGING magic!

If it's RED SABBATH,  SAMTERA or even SAMTHRAX, us REDHEADS will take ANY- and ALL- collaborations offeRED!

Plus: the Bo-Hosts speculate on Sammy’s future touring plans, Van Halen’s re-release strategy, and more. Crank this one to 11 and enjoy!

Listen up Redheads! The mighty Mike Fraser Returns! This man needs no introduction, or re-introduction that is, since Mike joined the Bo-Hosts back in Season 2 Episode 7.

Mike is referred to as one of "The Big Three” (alongside fellow Canadian sonic wizards Bruce "Balance" Fairbairn and Bob Rock), Mike’s fingerprints are all over the greatest rock, hard rock, and metal albums of all time. If you’ve ever headbanged, fist-pumped, or air-guitared in your life—you’ve probably got Mike to thank.

In this episode, The Bo-Hosts dive deep into the making of Chickenfoot’s wildly and weirdly named second album, “Chickenfoot III” (because naming things in order is for amateurs). Mike dishes on the vibe, the process, and the magic behind the mix. PLUS: the Bo-Hosts relay a question from Canadian rock royalty Kim Mitchell about AC/DC’s recording setup.

It's a fully Canadian and Tariff-free episode! Crank it up and enjoy the ride, eh?

In this episode, the Bo-Hosts welcome the one and only Samantha Hagar! While she may be Sammy’s youngest daughter, Samantha is a creative force in her own right as the creator/host of the bold and hilarious podcast A.S.S. — short for Aliens, Sharks, and Society. Now entering its second season, the show dives into her three favourite topics with honesty, insightfulness, and a good dose of raunch. No topic is too taboo, no question off-limits — Samantha truly covers- and uncovers- it all!

Don’t miss A.S.S. — heartfelt, hilarious, at times heavy, and available wherever you get your pods!

Drummer David “Bro” Lauser and guitarist Gary Pihl go way back—to the early ’80s, when they laid down the thunderous drums and scorching guitar riffs on Sammy Hagar’s iconic Geffen albums. Fast forward five decades, and their ALLIANCE is still going strong!

When Sammy joined Van Halen in ’85, Gary jumped over to the legendary BOSTON, where he’s held it down on guitar for 40 years. And when Sammy launched his post-VH solo career, guess who was his first Wabo? His "Bro," of course!

Out of that tight-knit musical (ahem) circle, "Bro" and Gary helped form ALLIANCE in the ’90s with singer/bassist Robert Berry and keyboardist Allan Fitzgerald. In this episode, they join the Bo-Hosts to chat about their killer new album on Frontiers Music, Before Our Eyes.

They also reminisce about recording VOA (and whether live footage exists!), the possible whereabouts of their "55" jumpsuits, dig into their recording process, speculate on a VOA band reunion in Cabo, and face off in a round of RedRocker Rapid Fire.

This episode took some serious calendar-juggling to make happen—so crank it up LOUD and enjoy!
