Meet Nancy Yang Timmins, and hear how a 50 year old book about a seagull helped inspire her as the world opened up after Covid.

Nan was a stay-at-home mom of two for 17 years before she became a certified  holistic health & fitness coach. She holds certifications in HoloBody & 10X Fitness methods. Her transformational journey included working through a variety of personal  growth courses on the Mindvalley platform. She was inspired by these courses,  which prompted her to take the health certifications. She was amongst the  first trained Holobody coaches and was one of the first 20 people to graduate  from the 10X Coaching Certification Program.

Nan is in the best shape of her life now at 47, all thanks to the tools and practices that she has been able to learn and incorporate into her life. For someone who could not be found online prior to completing her certifications, she now has a blog, a website, a public Instagram account, a Facebook account and a LinkedIn account.

She continues to be active in the HoloBody and 10X Coaching Community and frequently shares her insights from her coaching practice with fellow coaches. The key to her success is her authenticity and genuine care and love towards others.

She believes that collaboration and co-elevation is the key to raising the collective consciousness in this next evolutionary chapter of Human History.
