I have been messing around with fermenting various things in my kitchen over the years and I have found that the community is awesome.  Thoughts on kimchi, kefir, sauerkraut, kombucha and sourdough along with a couple of side stories along the way.

Book review of How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big by Scott Adams.  I liked this book so much I have read it more than once.  Scott Adams is the creator of Dilbert and has an interesting perspective on life.  Unlike most, he talks about his failures and how they helped him succeed.

You can find his book on Amazon but you may want to check your local library first.

Just finished reading Impro by Keith Johnstone.  While he is writing about improvisational theatre he hits some truths bombs about life in general.  Keith Johnstone may have written the most concise book on human behavior ever.
