In our life, we often ask God for a miraculous moment to bolster our faith , a "If you are really there, then do this for me". The truth is, day to day reliance on His Word is more than enough than we need for our faith.

Jesus says in Luke 9:23 if we are to follow Him, we must die to yourself, and in doing so, you will find true Joy.

This week we look at who God is, and what His attributes have to say about the idols of our heart.

Just as Jesus sent out the disciples two by two, we have also been called to go and share the good news of Jesus Christ. How are we being obedient to that calling?

The blood of the Cross gives us a new family, makes us brothers and co-heirs with Christ, and makes us the sons and daughters of God. As the church we carry that good news with us to help redeem the idea of family where it is broken.

God always has a vital message for us in Scripture, but are we paying attention? Are our ears open, and are we truly valuing God's word for what it is?

The woman who broke perfume over Jesus's feet shows us what true thankfulness looks like.

In the midst of hardship, uncertainty, and doubt, Jesus is enough for us. John the Baptist's death proves that life will not always be easy for believers but even so, Jesus always satisfies.
