In this episode we also explore what to do when you spot a red flag in a friendship and relationship and give tips to black women on how they can empower themselves and lift themselves from toxic situations.

We also dive deep into the many stigmas’  dark skins that many black women face in our community and the role black men play in the scope of the colourism discourse.

We also examine the role society and social media plays in projecting their doubts and divisiveness on black women and how we as black women can overcome this struggle and fight back against this narrative and uplift ourselves as women through self love.
