Why don't they care? Because they are a cult. And he is their cult leaders. Cult leaders are often sexual predators, but their followers just shape their morality and ethics around the abuse of their leader. They dismiss it. They justify it.

Yesterday a jury of Donald Trump's peers found him civilly responsible for the sexual abuse and defamation of one of his many victims. It should absolutely mean the end of his public life. But it won't.

Because America has ALWAYS been willing to look the other way as far as sexual abuse is concerned.

Last week, in broad daylight, on New York City's busy F train, a white man choked a Black man death in front of the entire train. It was one of the ugliest, most despicable acts of violence that I've ever seen. For over 4 minutes, Daniel Penny choked the literal life out of Jordan Neely. Until he died right there on the train. Other men held down Jordan's arms to prevent him from ever getting free of the brutal chokehold.

Daniel Penny should've been arrested on the spot. But, of course, he wasn't.

But what's the solution? Waiting for others to create monuments for us isn't going to cut it. We need to take action and build them ourselves. That's what I address in this episode - specifically, building monuments to honor the legacies of Malcolm X and Nat Turner.
