  • Answers Week 2 "A Question of Fairness"
Life often feels unfair and it seems justice is rarely served. When we ask God to intervene, it appears as if He rarely does. His Answer not only deals with evil and injustice but also provides us with sufficient motivation to live differently today.

  • Answers Week 1 - "Endgame All-Play"
At some point, everyone has questions related to life's endgame but no one is able to escape its reality. Death has a perfect batting average-it is the ultimat all-play. • Squad Goals "Invite Purposefully"
Jesus never forced His way, His teachings or His beliefs onto anyone. He simply invited people to come and see for themselves. As believers, we are to be wise in our treatment of those outside the faith and purposeful in our invitations. Instead of standing on street corners shouting for people to come to The Bridge, it would be better for us to invest into friendships and wait for God to open doors for us to invite. Often, these door openings become apparent when people express one or more of the Three “NOTS”—“I’m NOT from here; Things are NOT going well; I was NOT expecting this”. The Bridge Squad listens attentively for these NOTS and then offers an invitation to simply come and see what The Bridge has to offer.

  • Squad Goals "Serve Strategically"
Every week people walk through the doors of The Bridge wondering things like: Do I really matter to anyone? Does God care about me? Will these people accept me? Is there any hope for me? The desire and the prayer of The Bridge Squad is that every person visiting one of our campuses would feel loved, encouraged, and that they matter to us and to God. How we serve our guests creates a path for them to experience God in a real and meaningful way. Consequently, the motto and mantra of The Bridge Squad must always be—“It’s not about me!” We are simply here to serve and to be used by God within the system He’s established at The Bridge to help people experience life-change!

  • Squad Goals "Give Generously"
At The Bridge, we believe that we are the beneficiaries one of the most outrageously mind-blowing exchanges ever offered to humanity. Jesus Christ willingly exchanged His forgiveness, peace, joy, and everlasting security for our sin, shame, guilt, baggage, and eternal separation from God! This act of unimaginable generosity laid the foundation for our salvation and gave us a clear example to follow. Consequently, The Bridge Squad understands that our generosity is ultimately a reflection of our gratitude and is a primary factor of whether our influence in this world expands or shrinks!
