If you were to make art of your year, your life, what would it be composed of?  What material would you use?  What would the image be of?  Who would it contain and represent?  In their 100th episode, Mosaic, Amy + Tracy explore their lives as mosaics and how they’re going to design their future years. 

“Those who do not learn History, are doomed to repeat it.” At least that’s what Gerge Santayana said. So what’s that got to do with us? Well, I wondered if I created a personal history--a timeline for myself, what benefit could I get from that? Well, I’ll tell you, I saw where events cascaded, celebratory and not so much so. It was a way to see all the ways I’ve grown and made it through the other side, and much much more. Join us as we talk about the many reasons to do a personal timeline and/or a reflection on the past year.

A new direction sounds life-changing, but that’s not our intent with this episode. Today, our intent is to look at the way(s) in which we’ve always done something. As in--”it HAS to be done this way!” it doesn’t, it can be anything from how you celebrate the holidays to how you approach your work day to how you clean your house.Also, if the same not great things keep happening to you--maybe you need a new direction. Anything is fair game, especially if it brings you stress and undue burden. Join Tracy and Amy as they talk about where they’ve made changes and where they want to make them.

We’ve talked through a soul business of you, we’ve gone into the wild, had a fun spirit week, and decided to follow our sun. Now Amy and Tracy want to ask you where could you use a boost? We are now in November and all our writing friends know what that means: nanowrimo AKA National Novel Writing Month. This is when many writers decide to go all in and see if they can write a 50k word novel in 30 days…yeah. Amy’s attempted this her share of times, the 50k always alluding her, but she has hit 20k and even 30k once, which is way more than she’d ever write in one month. So this got us thinking, what would it be like to decide to go all in on one thing for a set amount of time--what shifts in the Universe could we create? Join Tracy and Amy as we talk about the what and how we’re going all in on.

Finding passion and purpose can feel daunting - you’ve most likely done it before and are likely to need to do it again. Instead, we’re following our sun to see what lights us up inside, and maybe, just maybe, we’ll discover a solar flare moment along the way to carry us through our darkest days.
