The simple answer is yes. You are emotionally attached to your ideas, your values, your beliefs, the people in your life, and your work.
And it's okay. By nature, we humans are emotional creatures. But, there is a downside to becoming so emotionally attached to anything.
This attachment clouds our judgment and keeps us from reaching our full potential.
