He currently owns Pizza City in Woodbury Heights, NJ and Little Jim's Pizza in Clayton, NJ. Growing up in a family of restaurateurs, it was fate that Joe would follow in the family business. He started young and he's never looked back.
Joe shares his experiences in buying multiple businesses, the art of how and when to sell - and who to sell too - as well as how to manage a staff of 40 +, many of whom are first time workers.
