In this episode of The Busy Moms Kitchen, I am joined by my friend Amanda. We had such a great conversation and yes, as you see, this podcast is a bit longer than what you are used to here in my kitchen. But everything we talked about, I personally feel, needs to be heard and thought about.

COVID COVID go away. I would like to...ummm, what can I rhyme with that? Either way, I am sharing my knowledge on meal planning with you today. After about 8 years with Super Healthy Kids, curating recipes and planning planning for hundreds, actually thousands, of members each and every week I consider myself and expert. 

There truly are many ways to meal plan and I hope to help you find your personal sweet spot. Today I am going to show you a pretty thorough way how I teach clients to meal plan by simply using paper.

I am a believer in our own goals and own feelings of how we feel in our own skin.

In todays episode I am joined in my kitchen by my friend, Rebecca Huff. She is the creator of That Organic Mom blog and host of A Healthy Bite podcast.
