This week the C.O.W.boys are taking a trip to the old time butcher shop. Along with some fun and lively conversation on the topic, you'll also hear some great music from Asleep at the Wheel (Big Balls in Cowtown), Al Mehl (Happy Trail Mix), D.W. Groethe (I Eat Meat) , and Curly Musgrave (Ode to Tofu). There is also some great cowboy poetry this week from Elizabeth Ebert (Ode to Tofu). We'll have the ever popular Dick's Pick (The Biscuit Blues), Cowpoke Poetry, and a whole bunch of goofin' off too!
