The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In 04/06/24. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. This weekly broadcast examines current events from across the globe to learn what's happening in all areas of people activity. We cultivate Counter-Racist Media Literacy by scrutinizing journalists' word choices and using logic to deconstruct what is reported as "news." We’ll use these sessions to hone our use of terms as tools to reveal truth, neutralize Racists/White people. #ANTIBLACKNESS A week after six non-white workers died when the Francis Scott Key Bridge capsized after being struck by a cargo vessel Maryland, things have turned for the tacky. The black mayor of Baltimore, Brandon Scott, is being tarred as the "DEI" mayor. Large numbers of White people who live thousands of miles from Maryland have chided Mayor Scott's wardrobe and blamed he and Governor Wes Moore, who's also a privileged black male, for promoting "diversity" over the safety of Maryland's citizens. Days before "Earth Day" is celebrated later this month, Johannesburg South Africa endures water shortages, that always disproportionately impacts black residents.
