Non-white doctors at Sutter Health report their employers used "false allegations and intimidation tactics to target their own doctors - especially Black and other minority doctors to 'keep them in line.'" Non-white workers being falsely accused is a widespread workplace activity. It is imperative to maintain your composure, ask questions, and document the specific nature of the charges and the subsequent investigation.
